Yea, so this happened. I have the vaguest of memories about it. In 1991, CBS launched this cartoon taking place directly after Back To The Future III, following Doc Brown, Clara and their 2 boys traveling through time in their newly converted train. Please note that the show does not follow Marty and Doc’s love affair as some might have hoped. Apparently, Huey Lewis was too big to come back and do the theme song, “Back In Time” (or allow them the rights to use it), yet Thomas F. Wilson reprises his role as Biff.

O Latoya Jackson, you crazy.

We all remember Bubbles the Monkey correct? Yea, it was MJ’s monkey that he owned and was taken away from him back in 2004. Bubbles, thought to previously be dead by me, is alive and well living in Florida with a bunch of other retired monkey’s. What is he doing there you ask? I assume he is doing monkey stuff including but not limited too playing golf, eating grilled cheese sandwiches and throwing around his poop.

The other day Michael’s sister, Latoya, decided she would visit Mr. Bubbles at his home. It’s actually kind of funny how she is talking to Bubbles. It’s like she’s drunk at the bar and see’s an ex-boyfriend and tries to talk to him but he ignores her.

Saved By The Bell Theme Song Debate

Recently, another epic debate has been brewing inside the offices of TCM. This time though, we need your help to determine which is the single greatest theme song to grace the opening credits of Saved By The Bell. Good Morning Miss Bliss, has been disqualified for the fact that it’s not truly Saved By The Bell and also that it is a shit sandwich the likes of which the world hasn’t seen repeated for quite some time. Same goes for Saved By The Bell: The New Class. What we do have is the oh, so classic 80′s version of the original series which may in fact define that style of show’s theme song for years to come.

On the other hand we have Saved By The Bell: The College Years, a more “rocking” theme song steeped in the early 1990′s and the transition to adulthood.

Twisted Metal Returns.

Inspired by Captain Yar’s foray into Mortal Kombat, I thought I would post up a trailer from another classic video game franchise: Twisted Metal.

Debuting at this year’s E3 2010 Convention, Twisted Metal appears to be coming to PS3 sometime in late 2010 or early 2011.

Twisted Metal 2 was the first game I purchased for Playstation 1, and will most likely be the first game I buy for Playstation 3. None of the subsequent releases ever topped the second, but they were still undeniably fun. TM2 was and still is incredibly ahead of it’s time, because there’s never been another game quite like it. A pink caddy that shoots flames and is driven by a gangster? Check. A police car that tasers it’s closest enemies? Yup. A purple hearse that shoots out….something? Love it! A black dude whose arms are attached to two huge wheels? You got it! This does not mean, however, that I didn’t hate getting FUCKING BOMBARDED by pink ice cream cones.

LEFT RIGHT UP FREEZE motherfuckers. Axel power.
