Do I really need to write anything more?

For a man who put out 3 records in 12 years, to follow up his latest album in April with another record in under 12 months is unheard of. Especially, when that new album is a toe tapping, full fledged Christmas album. But then again like other aging rocker Neil Young, Dylan does whatever the fuck he wants. He seems to get an almost perverse pleasure out of surprising the general public.
I have long standing belief that Dylan became a vampire a decade ago and has been living off the blood of his (sometimes) youthful fan base (I also have theories that Neil Young and Jeff Tweedy of Wilco are werewolves, but more on that in a future post). They should have cast Dylan’s decrepit ass in the Twilight movies if they really wanted to scare some kids.
Anyway, I like Christmas. I like Christmas albums too when done right. I have an Elvis Christmas album and a Sinatra one that were worth every penny I spent on them. One time, I was in a clothing store and I heard Johnny Cash singing “Holy Night” with a techno beat behind it. I’m still not sure what the fuck that was about.
I must admit that I’m a gigantic Dylan fan but I do have reservations about this. It could turn out to be ok, or the worst fucking thing imaginable. Either way for me, it’s going to be a very Dylan Christmas this year.

A jew making a christmas album………………..WHEN IS THE RELEASE DATE???
I definitely agree with the Captain, with emphasis placed on reservations
The times they are a changin my friend.
