As Flintheart most certainly knows, retro is always in…as soon as something gets old it gets cool again. Well let’s take it one step further with the TCM approved Game Boy dress. This is going to give some hardcore 40 year old nerds living in their parents basement the thrill/erection of a lifetime.

Our very own Captain Yar was surveyed by the design team on this one:
You can check out more of these amazing/ridiculous dresses here.
Michael Jordan is quite possibly one of the greatest athletes and biggest assholes of our time – there is no disputing this. Just like there is no disputing that Michael Jordan wears some of the most bizarre getups known to man:
and here:
For a man that rich, someone needs to step in and give him some style. Or, in the style of TCM, someone needs to document all these amazing outfits for all of us to laugh at. Oh wait, they did.
Thanks to Captain Fuerza for passing this along. The stinging of his hemorrhoids have subsided enough that he can now send emails on occasion.
Why bother dressing nice for work if your going to put on a disgusting old afghan sweater 30 minutes after arriving? For one, it’s fucking June. Two, this ain’t your basement…it’s a place of business. If your going to defy the dress code anyway, why take the time to temporarily look nice? Just come into work in pajama pants and get it over with.
This begs the question, can different species in different generations shop at the same store? Quagmire from Family Guy and Dale from Chip N Dale’s Rescue Rangers are proof that some clothing trends never go out of style.
Thanks to O’Brien for spotting this incredible anomaly.
I’m one of those guys that just can’t do it,. Every 4 or 5 months I buy maybe 1 article of clothing to enter into the rotation and that’s it. I’ve been wearing a lot of the same stuff for years. The thing is I’m a pretty basic male dresser, nothing flashy. Classic simple stuff that doesn’t make me look like a scumbag.
Old Navy usually does the trick. A decade ago it was American Eagle, but when I go there now I feel like I’m in a parallel universe. Occasionally, I’ll go to H&M and I ask myself who could wear these clothes besides gay men, cool black guys and rock stars? Not to mention the vivid colors! Bright pink, purple and yellow? Seriously? What the fuck.
I’m definitely too straight to shop at the Gap. Don’t get me wrong, I like the clothes and they all look classy as hell, but I look like a total tool wearing them.
Another thing that halts me is the prices. Sadly, I’m still stuck in 1999 prices. Jeans and button down shirts should each be $25…lord knows that isn’t helping my cause.
Can anyone recommend good/solid clothes store for men in the vein of Old Navy?
